

Objective
Drive traffic to STC and position the mall as a community engagement outlet that provides opportunities outside of to its target audience groups on national and hyper local level driving sales and supporting consumer expansion
What We Did
- Understanding the landscape of Scarborough's creative community the MARTKD team hosted the Art on Sneaker Invitational in the center of the mall which developed strategic partnership relationships between Reebok, Microsoft, JD Sports and Art/culture organizations.
- Provided local creative community and participating artists with the opportunity to learn from design industry experts while competing for the chance for sneakers to be produced.
Results
- Increased in person mall visitation by 43%
- Collected 1000+ emails through activation enrollment and attendee engagement
- Increased sales by 31% across retail partners and created post activation sales opportunity with the production of sneaker
